Infant OT Evaluation

Service Description

This service includes a one-hour in person one-on-one evaluation with one of our occupational therapists, including standardized assessments at the discretion of the therapist. Additionally, this includes an evaluation write-up for our parents to review and share with their child’s medical and therapy team. All evaluations and write-up are cash only, currently we do not accept insurance. Service price includes $20 travel fee.
