30 minute session

Service Description

A 30-minute session provides focused, individualized treatment targeting one or more specific occupational therapy goals. This length is often appropriate for children who are able to transition quickly into therapy, sustain participation throughout the session, and benefit from shorter, highly focused intervention. Thirty-minute sessions can be effective for addressing areas such as handwriting, fine motor skills, visual-motor development, sensory strategies, attention, or executive functioning while keeping treatment efficient and developmentally appropriate.
